Drumroll Please!!

Right now I am doing one of those tippy-toe things that ballerinas do, even though I never took a ballet class in my life. Amazing what utter excitment can do to a person!

Okay, I’ll back up a bit … Many of my friends in the writing community would have noticed my absence. An absence that truthfully began when my Current WIP decided it wanted to be written in 1st Person rather than the 3rd Person POV which I’d used to pen 30,000 words. But, having made that decision I have not written a single word since … only because my writing life is in beautiful upheaval!

And the news? Drumroll please…..

The Valkyrie Novels, a series of 3 novels- Dead Radiance, Dead Embers and Dead Chaos, will be published in 2012 by the amazing team at Evolved Publishing. More details on the novels coming soon.

And for the record, I did feel faint when it hit me. The kind of faint where, had I not been seated, I surely would have fallen flat on my face in an inelegant heap.

AND SO happiness ensues henceforth, my teens have the widest smiles ever, and I’m finally able to share my news! It’s been so hard for me to keep my lips zipped, hence I have been very scarce on my social network sites. I didn’t dare write my weekend blog post either… Who knows what I would have spilled?
